When I visit the Hot Chocolate House Bedugul, I didn’t find the main course. What I can discover Hot Chocolate House Bedugul only serves drinks, dessert, and snacks.
The Hot Chocolate House layout is very comfortable and colorful. They provide indoor and outdoor sitting areas. On the ground floor, there is a room displaying a chocolate bar with various flavors. There are flavors of dark chocolate, salt, chili, orange, and milk chocolate. Information from Hot Chocolate House staff, all chocolate ingredients are locally produced in Bali.
There are a lounge and open bar area on the first floor. In this place, you can enjoy hot chocolate, chocolate snacks while enjoying the lake view.
Menu Options & Prices
Chocolate is the main menu at Hot Chocolate House, and the most popular cuisine is Hot Chocolate.
Hot chocolate served on a blue color cup, and the top of the cup painted brown. Hot chocolate served quite warm, thick, and decorated with Cotton candy on the top. It tastes like eating real chocolate bars but a little sweet for my taste. When I visited, the price of Hot Chocolate is IDR 30,000 / portion.
In addition to hot chocolate, snack menus are available such as; Fried Lumpia, Croquette, Crispy Mushroom, Chicken Pastel, and the price is IDR 30,000 for each list. You will also find dessert menus such as Churros, Chocolate Waffles, Strawberry Fondue.

Ayam Taliwang or Chicken Taliwang is culinary from Lombok island. Therefore, if you want to try Lombok island culinary, and look for a halal place to eat in Bedugul Bali. You can try dining at As Siddiq Chicken Taliwang food stall.
The flavor of chicken Taliwang is pretty good for me. There is a sweet, savory taste but too spicy for my taste. During the visit, I ordered below food;
- Two servings of fried rice cost IDR 42,000.
- Two meals of Taliwang grilled chicken cost IDR 86,000.
- Fried Tempe for IDR 15,000.
- Two glasses of orange juice IDR 20,000.

If you want to eat in a more modest place at a low price, you can try Warung Nyoman Bedugul. The Warung Nyoman Bedugul is a food stall that provides Balinese culinary specialties in Chicken Betutu. The cleanliness of the eating area is decent. Because of the food stall location near the main road, you will hear passing vehicles when dinning.
