Payment Options for Your Package
Option A: Pay on Arrival
This option may be available with free pickup in selected areas.
How it works:
- We check package availability first.
- You pay at the activity location.
- We send your voucher on WhatsApp for check-in.
Option B: Deposit Voucher
This option applies when free pickup is not available or in other booking cases.
How it works:
- You pay a deposit so we can issue your deposit voucher.
- You pay the remaining balance at the location after the deposit is deducted.

Safety and Participation Notes
Sea and wind conditions can change quickly. Because of that, the operator may adjust the timing or stop some activities.
Before booking, please tell us on WhatsApp if your group includes:

- Pregnant participants

- Anyone with a medical condition
Age and health rules can change depending on the activity and the conditions on that day. The operator makes the final decision based on the conditions on the day and the terms on the issued voucher.
If your package includes a Jet Ski, the ride is generally escorted with instructor guidance in Tanjung Benoa. Please reconfirm the latest operator rules on WhatsApp before booking.

Can we book today and go today?
Same-day package booking is possible. Please message us first so we can check package availability and confirm the most realistic schedule for today.
If you contact us close to midday, availability and timing may be limited. We will confirm everything on WhatsApp before issuing your voucher.
How do Custom packages work?
Send your preferred activity combination on WhatsApp. We will check with the operator whether your request is allowed and available for your date.
After that, we will reply with the final package details and total package price. Custom requests depend on operator rules and current availability.
Can our group choose different package numbers?
Mixed package bookings may be possible, but it depends on availability and how the operator schedules activities on that day.
Send us your group size and the package numbers you want. We will confirm the best setup before issuing vouchers.
Can we change the package on the day of the visit?
If you already have a voucher, you may be able to upgrade or downgrade your package on the day of your visit. This depends on availability and operator approval.
If you think you may want to change your package, please tell us before you arrive. Any change must follow the conditions on your voucher.
What happens if sea conditions change and one activity is paused?
If an activity is paused for safety reasons, please follow the operator’s decision.
