Option A: Pay on arrival (with free pickup, selected areas)
- We check availability first.
- You pay at the activity location.
- We send your voucher via WhatsApp for check-in.
Option B: Deposit voucher (no free pickup or other cases)
- You pay a deposit so we can issue a deposit voucher.
- You pay the remaining balance at the location after we deduct the deposit.

Free pickup and drop-off may be available (subject to availability):
- Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua, Sawangan, Kampial.
- Jimbaran, Kedonganan, Tuban, Mumbul.
- Kuta, Legian.

Same-day booking
Can we book today and go today, or do you require a booking?
Same-day booking is possible! Please message us first so we can check the availability of your package and confirm the most realistic timing for today.
If you contact us close to midday, please note that availability and timing may be limited. We will confirm all the details via WhatsApp before issuing your voucher.
Custom packages and mixed packages
If we choose a Custom package, how do we confirm what’s included and the final total price?
Send your preferred choices on WhatsApp. We will check with the operator to see if your selections are allowed and available for your date.
After that, we will reply with the final details and total price. Custom requests depend on the operator’s rules and current availability, so we will only validate the details after we check in chat.
Do all guests need to choose the same package number, or can we mix packages in one booking?
Mixing might be possible, but it depends on availability and how the operator schedules the activities on that day. Tell us your group size and the package numbers you want. We’ll confirm the best setup (same package or mixed) before we issue vouchers.
Voucher changes
If we already have a voucher, can we change the package on the day (upgrade/downgrade)?
If you have a voucher, you may be able to change your package on the day of your visit (either upgrade or downgrade), but this depends on availability and the operator’s approval.
If you think you might want to change, please let us know before you arrive. This way, we can check your options and avoid all delays. Any changes must follow the conditions on your voucher.

If an activity is paused for safety, follow the operator’s decision. Message us right away so we can help confirm your next best option for that day based on what is running. Results depend on the operating conditions and the terms of the voucher issued.
