There are two types of sambal served at Wardani Food Stalls. Red chili sauce is made from tomatoes, chili, salt, and shrimp paste. Another one is sambal matah, or raw chili sauce. Furthermore, sambal matah consists of sliced shallots, chilies, salt, and virgin coconut oil.
Both chili sauces are pretty spicy for me. You can ask for the sambal to be on the side for those who don’t like spicy food.

Special Menu: Long Beans & Boiled Eggs
The most exciting food menu for me is long bean vegetables cooked with complete seasoning and coconut milk. It tastes exceptional, and I never get tired of trying it.
Also, the eggs are seasoned with Balinese spices and boiled for 2 hours until the spices seep into the eggs. The boiled egg lasts up to 2 days, even if it is not fried.
Food ingredients are bought from the Denpasar Kumbasari market, which is not too far from the location of the food stall. Fresh meat and fresh vegetables certainly affect the food quality.
Differences in Chicken & Beef Mixed Rice Menu
The difference between the chicken mixed rice menu and the beef mixed rice menu lies in the shredded chicken and shredded beef. In addition, the other menus served are the same for all choices, whether you order with chicken or beef.
