The most exciting food menu for me is long bean vegetables cooked with complete seasoning with coconut milk. It tastes exceptional, and I never get tired of trying it.
Also, the eggs are season with Balinese spices and boiled for 2 hours until the spices seep into the eggs. The boiled egg last up to 2 days even if they are not fried.
Food ingredients are bought from the Denpasar Kumbasari market, which is not too far from the location of the food stall. Fresh meat and fresh vegetables certainly affect the food quality.
