Tanjung Benoa Snorkeling Participant Rules
- Minimum age: 8 years
- Maximum age: 65 years
- Insurance coverage for this activity applies only to participants aged 8 to 65 years, as set by the operator.
- This snorkeling booking does not include in-water instructor assistance.
- Swimming ability is not required for participation. However, those comfortable in water will enjoy the activity more.
- If you cannot swim or are not confident in the water, you must use a life jacket during the activity.
- If you are unable to swim or want extra help, you can request a snorkeling guide for a fee.

Booking Steps
Same-day bookings must be completed before 12:00 WITA. Bookings submitted after 12:00 WITA are subject to schedule availability or may be moved to another date.
- Prepare your activity date and number of participants.
- Contact the reservation team through the Booking Form or WhatsApp
- Complete confirmation and payment based on the reservation team’s instructions
- After payment is received, the voucher is sent by WhatsApp or email.
- The location address and Google Maps link are also sent by WhatsApp or email.
When You Arrive at the Location
- Come during operating hours.
- Keep the voucher on your phone, with no need to print it.
- Show the voucher to the staff on duty when you arrive.
- If your arrival time changes, inform customer service immediately.
- The voucher is valid only for the date shown on it.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 1 day before: refund minus admin, bank, and service fees.
- Cancel on the activity day: 100% cancellation fee applies.
- If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a refund or reschedule
