Same-day booking cutoff

• The cutoff follows today’s tidal window. Closing time is confirmed during the chat. For last-minute bookings, contact us.

Changes due to sea conditions

• If tide or wind conditions are unfavorable, we will move your session to another window on the same day.
• If it is still not possible, we will reschedule for the next day.

Late arrival

• If you arrive late, we will reschedule your session, subject to same-day availability.
• If we are full, we direct you to the next session or another day.
• We send further confirmations via WhatsApp.

How to redeem your voucher

• Upon arrival at the counter, show the voucher on your phone and the booker’s original ID.
