How to complete your Tanjung Benoa water sports booking
Step 1 – Send your details
Share the details below via WhatsApp or the booking form:
- Full name
- WhatsApp number with country code
- Date of activity and preferred time
- Number of adults (13 years and above) and children
- Hotel or villa name and area (for reference or shuttle, if applicable)
- List of single activities or package code you want to book

Step 2 – Receive confirmation
The reservations team confirms:
- Activity availability
- Total price in IDR
- The payment deadline is usually 60 minutes
Step 3 – Pay and get your voucher
- Pay using one of the official methods listed in the Payment and voucher rules section.
- Please send your proof of payment either through WhatsApp or via email.
- After verification, the team sends your voucher with the reservation number to your WhatsApp or to your email if you request it.
Step 4 – Redeem your voucher on the day

Time rules for booking and check-in
This section is a timing reference for booking and voucher redemption only.
Activity window and last admission
- Activities usually run from 9 am to 4 pm.
- Last admission is 2 pm.

Voucher redemption window
The on-site voucher redemption window is 9 am to 2 pm.
Same-day booking cut-off

The team usually accepts same-day requests until 12 pm, subject to sea, weather, and slot availability around Tanjung Benoa Bay.
After 12 pm, the team typically schedules new requests for H+1 (the next day).
If your preferred slot is full, the team will offer nearby times or the nearest available reschedule.
Same-day closes 12.00 WITA. Book H-1 or H-2.
Whenever possible, book an H-1 or H-2 so you have a better choice of time and smoother coordination.
Reservation hours and voucher sending time
- Reservation and payment verification hours are 7 am to 9 pm.
- The Wira Tour Bali reservations team verifies payments and bookings during these hours.
- The team typically sends vouchers about 5 minutes after they verify your payment within service hours.
- If you pay outside of 7 am to 9 pm, the team processes your payment on the next day.
- Typical reply time is within 12 hours during these service hours.

The team prioritises bookings that are closer to the activity date and time, where possible, subject to real-time availability.

Arrival buffer for check-in (quick)

- Approximate drive time: From Nusa Dua, about 5 to 15 minutes; from Kuta, Jimbaran, or Legian, about 30 to 35 minutes.

Who handles your booking and payment?
- Wira Water Sport is the dedicated water sports unit under Wira Tour Bali.
- Aditya Water Sport handles field operations at Tanjung Benoa, Bali, as the operator.
- Payments and voucher issuance are managed centrally by Wira Tour Bali.
- All costs are shown before you pay. Only use official channels for payment.
Accepted payment methods

Pay online to secure your tickets. You can pay using:
- Bank transfer: BCA, Mandiri
- Virtual Account (VA)
- QRIS
- E-wallet: GoPay
- Debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
- International options: PayPal, Wise, Revolut
- Cash, only in specific situations advised by the reservations team
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Payment options can change based on the payment gateway or banks. Reconfirm if needed, especially if you have a preferred method.
Fees and security (no PIN or OTP)
Card and some gateway payments may include a 3 to 5 percent payment gateway fee that is not included in the ticket prices shown in your booking confirmation.
Exchange rates and extra fees from your bank, card provider, or e-wallet can differ from Google’s mid-market rate.
The final amount appears before you tap “Pay”.
For your security, the team will never ask for:
- Your card PIN
- Your banking OTP codes
Only pay via:

- HTTPS payment links sent through official customer service channels such as WhatsApp, email, or a secure form

- Links are always sent from verified customer service channels.
Payment policy
Standard confirmation: 100 percent full payment before your voucher is issued.
If your total is more than IDR 5,000,000, you may pay a 50 percent deposit. You should pay the remaining balance before the activity day or at the location, as agreed in advance.
Payment deadline after confirmation is 60 minutes. If we do not receive and confirm your payment within 60 minutes, we will release your slot so that other guests can book it.
QRIS for international wallets
For many international guests, QRIS can be used with:
- NETS from Singapore
- DuitNow from Malaysia
- PromptPay from Thailand
Availability depends on the payment gateway and your wallet provider. Reconfirm if needed with customer service before paying.
QRIS limit is up to IDR 10,000,000 per transaction. For higher amounts, please use bank transfer, BI-FAST, PayPal, or cards.

Payment verification and voucher issuance
Payment verification is handled from 7 am to 9 pm.
Typical verification times:
- QRIS and Virtual Account (VA) payments are usually instant during service hours.
- BI-FAST interbank transfer: usually instant and recommended for same-day bookings
- Non-BI-FAST bank transfers: follow each bank’s processing time
- Cards, PayPal, Wise, and Revolut: usually instant after authentication
Final verification always follows the bank or gateway service level. Once your payment is verified and linked to your booking:
- Your voucher is usually sent within about 5 minutes between 7 am and 9 pm.
- Outside service hours, your voucher is processed on the next day.

Proof of payment (format and tips)
After you pay, please send proof of your payment via WhatsApp or email. Use this format: Name – Activity date – Activity or package – Number of participants – Booking code (if you have one).
Example: John Smith – December 12 – Parasailing plus Banana Boat – 3 pax – WB1234
For bank transfers, use a clear remark such as: WiraTour – John Smith – December 12.
This format helps the team quickly match your payment and prevents delays in issuing your voucher.
Invoices and receipts
If you need documentation for personal or company use:
- The team can provide an invoice or receipt in either the booker’s name or your company’s name.
- Request it via WhatsApp after your payment is verified.
- The document will be sent to your WhatsApp or email.
Facilities at the Aditya Water Sport counter
This is a practical note for check-in comfort, not a beach facilities guide.
Facilities for guests usually include:
- Changing rooms and bathrooms
- Free towels for participants, subject to availability
- Free personal lockers for phones, wallets, and small items, with limited capacity and first-come, first-served use
- Parking area for cars and scooters near the counter, which can fill quickly on weekends and in high season
- A photo or video desk run by the on-site documentation team (photos and videos are purchased on-site and paid directly to the documentation operator)
- A simple café or kiosk for drinks and snacks, paid on site
These facility details are based on on-site checks and guest feedback. Facilities and their condition can change. Reconfirm if needed on arrival at Aditya Water Sport Tanjung Benoa.
Tip: Bring a small wet bag or plastic bag for wet clothes so other items in your bag stay dry.
Refund and reschedule policy
This section is a practical refund/reschedule guide for your booking timing. It is not a full Terms & Conditions document.
All deadlines follow Bali time (WITA). These rules reflect the Aditya Water Sport policy applied to Wira Tour Bali guests.
Standard rules
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
- A full refund is available until H-1 (one day before the activity). Cut-off time: 8 pm.
- Refunds are processed minus admin, transfer, or payment gateway fees.
Operator cancellations and bad weather
Safety and sea conditions at Tanjung Benoa are the top priority.
In light rain, many activities may still run with adjustments.
In unsafe wind or sea conditions, activities may be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled. For a sea and wind reference before same-day booking, check the BMKG marine forecast (Selat Badung) in the Indonesian language.
If Aditya Water Sport or the on-site team cancels your activity for safety or operational reasons, you will receive one of these options:
- Free reschedule to another available time or date, or
- Refund for the affected part of your booking, according to the operator’s policy.
If only part of your booking can run, refunds or reschedules are applied only to the affected activities.
How to request a refund or reschedule
To request a change:
- As soon as you notice an issue, contact the team on WhatsApp.
- Provide your booking code and the booker’s full name.
- Explain your situation, including date, time, and reason.
The team will then confirm the options based on timing, on-site conditions, and operator policy on the day.
Insurance scope and safety requirements
This section summarises operator insurance basics for booking support only. It is not a full insurance policy or a full safety guide.
Insurance provider and active period
Participant insurance is provided by Aditya Water Sport at Tanjung Benoa, Bali.
Coverage is active only when you are participating in a booked activity and follow the operator’s SOP and on-site instructions.
Please check the coverage limits and terms again via WhatsApp or at the counter on the day of your visit. Insurers may change their policies over time.
Common exclusions (not covered)
In general, basic operator insurance does not cover:
- Mobile phones, cameras, and various other personal electronic devices.
- Incidents that occur outside designated activity areas or outside agreed procedures
- Incidents when guests ignore crew or instructor instructions, for example, removing a life jacket during the activity
- Situations involving alcohol, drugs, or other unsafe behaviour
- Many pre-existing medical conditions, such as heart disease, severe hypertension, certain ear issues, or recent major surgery, unless the insurer explicitly includes them
Details can change. Reconfirm if needed at booking or at the counter.
Safety basics on site
To help keep your session safe:
- Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for relevant activities.
- Listen carefully to the safety briefing before each activity.
- Follow all directions from instructors and the boat crew.
- Store valuables in lockers rather than carrying them into wet areas.
- Use waterproof cases and straps if you bring phones or cameras near the water.
Companions and non-participants
Not everyone in your group has to join the activities.
Children who are too young for a ride may still be allowed to come as companions, especially on gentle boat-based activities like Turtle Island trips from Tanjung Benoa.
Companions who do not join a ride are not covered by ride insurance.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children in beach areas, waiting areas, and around jetties and boat ramps.
For very young children, older guests, or guests with functional needs, please confirm age and plan via WhatsApp before booking.
Late arrival policy
To protect other guests and respect the 2 pm last admission at Aditya Water Sport Tanjung Benoa:
- Aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time window.
- If you are slightly late but still before 2 pm, the team will try to fit you in. Activity order or duration may be adjusted based on real-time conditions.
- If you arrive after 2 pm or well beyond your scheduled time, your booking becomes subject to on-site slot availability.
The team will reschedule on the same day, where possible.
If no alternative slot is available, your booking is generally treated as a no-show. It remains non-refundable according to the refund and reschedule policy.
If you see that you will be late, contact the team on WhatsApp as early as possible so that reschedule options can be assessed before the last admission cut-off.
Privacy and data use
Booking data is used only for:
- Handling reservations
- Verifying payments
- Issuing and validating vouchers
Please:
- Keep your transaction proof and voucher until your activities are completed.
- Avoid sharing voucher screenshots publicly to prevent misuse.

Single-ride tickets booked from the single-ticket price list do not include the shuttle so that you will come independently to the Aditya Water Sport counter in Tanjung Benoa.
