Fast boat trips not recommended for:

The Disclaimer letter relinquishes responsibility to BlueWater Safaris and all officials and employees, including relinquishing responsibility to the agent (Wira Water Sport / Wira Tour Bali, all officials and employees) from negligence and further legal action by any party.
General Bluewater Express Terms & Conditions
Every Bluewater Express fast boat passenger must obey the instructions from the fast boat staff and ticket agents. Regarding all matters relating to the service and must comply with any notice stated on the fast boat. The company (Bluewater Express / Wira Tour Bali) has the right to refuse orders or refuse to carry any passengers or goods without giving reasons to the requesting party.
The terms and conditions based on the law in Indonesia and each passenger agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia legislation.
Regarding Flight / Airline
PT. BlueWater Safaris is a fast boat operator that takes passengers from one location to another location. Wira Tour Bali is a travel agent on the island of Bali, and specifically on this page provides speed boat ticket sales for Bluewater Express fast boat (PT. BlueWater Safaris).
PT. BlueWater Safaris & Wira Tour Bali is not responsible for flight delays and is not responsible for the replacement of airline tickets that have been obtained by fast boat passengers.
Cancellations & Delays

The company (PT. BlueWater Safaris & Wira Tour Bali) is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury, which may arise in the event of a cancellation or delay in service.
The company (PT. BlueWater Safaris & Wira Tour Bali) is not responsible in any way for the cost of accommodation, transportation costs, airline ticket costs, or anything as an alternative way to travel that may arise through cancellation or postponement of the fast boat. Additional costs arising from the cancellation of fast boat departures or postponement of fast boat departures are the responsibility of passengers.
Company Authorized
PT. BlueWater Safaris & Wira Tour Bali has the right to cancel any bookings or change the fast boat schedule at any time due to adverse weather conditions or unusual circumstances for safety reasons.
Rescheduling
For regular seasons fast boat rescheduling is based on seat availability and must be done 2 x 24 hours before the date of departure.
For the peak season, which is from June 1 – September 31 & December 20 – January 5. Rescheduling of fast boats is based on seat availability and must be done 7 x 24 hours before the date of departure.
Refunds
If a fast boat trip gets canceled from Bluewater Express, then Wira Tour Bali issue a refund for fast boat ticket payments as paid by the passenger.
Wira Tour Bali has the right, if a passenger cancels a ticket or booking, to charge the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellations made by fast boat passengers or who order fast boat tickets within 4 days before the trip date, there is no compensation for fast boat ticket payment.
- If the cancellation of the fast boat ticket booking carried out by the passenger or who ordered the fast boat ticket more than 4 days before the date of travel, then Wira Tour Bali issue a refund for the speed boat ticket payment of 50% from the total payment.
Passenger Baggage
Every fast boat passenger has the right to carry a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage without additional charge. With conditions, the total weight of the two baggage does not exceed the total weight of 25 kg. If there is total excess baggage weight and the baggage slot is still available on a fast boat, passengers get charged for an additional excess baggage weight by Bluewater Express.
If baggage slots are not available on the fast boat, passengers can store luggage at the Bluewater Express company office in Bali, if there is a space for luggage storage.
Bluewater Express has the right to inspect the contents of each baggage carried by passengers and refuse luggage items carried by passengers. Bluewater Express company is not responsible for lost or damaged of the luggage during transit.
Shuttle
Free shuttle for transportation provided only on specific areas in Bali. Customers/passengers required to provide a complete pickup/return transfer address when booking fast boat tickets. Also, pickup and return transfer location after fast boat ticket confirmed cannot be changed.
Shuttle drivers follow instructions from Bluewater Express to refuse to transfer passengers to more than one location. For example, the driver has the right to refuse a passenger request to go around looking for a hotel if the passenger has not determined the location of return transfer.

Fast Boat Passenger Insurance
Regarding passenger insurance, during onboard a fast boat or inside shuttle transportation, it is entirely the responsibility of Bluewater Express (PT. BlueWater Safaris). All passenger claims regarding Bluewater Express fast boat passenger insurance addressed to PT. BlueWater Safaris.
